• If your product has been dispatched or delivered to you then we will refund the amount after deducting the shipping charges (both side) and a nominal charge of 3% of the order value other than GPU/ graphics cards within 24-72 business hours after receiving the product. No Cancellation/Exchange or return allowed.
• No Cancellation/Exchange on Pre-Order products, gaming chairs and orders made during special offer/occasion or emergency like COVID-19 crisis.
• No Cancellation/Exchange allowed for Cabinets/PC Case after dispatch.
